Full Service Delivery includes;

Delivery to your venue location 1-2 hours prior to your event time.

Unboxing and Set Up We make sure everything is on your cake stand/platter, looks finished, balanced and ready to serve. Desserts or cakes outside of our organization are not included.)

Free/unlimited cake stand rentals from our inventory. We make sure that each cake stand fits the cake that you ordered so there’s no confusion or room for error. Cake stands must be returned with in one week)

Fresh Floral cleaning and food-safe installation (fresh blooms provided by your florist must be on the table prior to arrival. We gently clean the stems/blooms with food-safe sanitation and insert edible/non toxic blooms with food safe toothpicks that can be easily removed before serving your cake.)

Cake Toppers + Candle installation (any custom toppers or candles that you have ordered must be on the dessert table prior to arrival)

Table Styling As a final complimentary service we set out any of your Champagne glasses, cake serving ware or plates after dessert set up. (This service is completely optional, please make sure any of these items are in a box/tub next to the table before delivery. Do not set these items out on the table as they may be in the way during set up) We cannot set out or be held liable for: Fragile heirloom items, large frames, or antique valuables that could be knocked over or damaged by the cake servers or guests. It is best to keep these types of items on a separate display table.

CAKE STANDS: Please make sure you have the right cake stand if you are not using our free cake stand rental service. The stand must be at least 4” wider than your actual cake width. If you ordered an 8” cake for example, the cake will be delivered on a 10” Cake board. Your cake stand will need to be 12” wide, flat and level to fit the 10” cake board. Cakes over 3 tiers will need to be sturdy enough to sustain the weight of a real cake. If you have any questions we are happy to help make sure your cake stand is safe to use!

FULL SERVICE DELIVERY TERMS: We chill our cakes before delivery to withstand heat and bumps in transportation and set up. If you should need to transport your cake again or move it to another table, you will need to keep the cake chilled to prevent damage or sliding.

We do not recommend moving any cakes over 3 tiers after set up. Please schedule a time that we can deliver closer to your event time.

Moving a cake after it softens will result in leaning layers and damage we cannot be held not responsible for. Our cake are constructed with soft fillings and European inspired buttercream and are not cemented together with sugary American buttercream paste or fondant.

After delivery your cake will need to set out a minimum of 2-4 hours to soften. If you are scheduling a delivery 8-12 hours prior to your event please keep your cake refrigerated or pastries into an airtight container.

Keep your cake display away from windows with direct sun and if you are setting up outdoors, they will need to be under complete shade. The melting point of buttercream is 82 degrees and vegan butter melting point is closer to 77 degrees. If the outdoor temperature is over this, you will not be able to set the cake out for more than an hour prior to serving and it MUST be in full shade.

For ceremony/reception room swaps: please arrange a delivery during the transition time or set up a cake table that will not be moved. Our cake are constructed with soft fillings and European inspired buttercream and are not cemented together with sugary American buttercream paste or fondant.
