UNBLEACHED is an intimate workshop experience for home bakers. I created this simplified, crash course to demonstrate how you can bake a few of my favorite recipes from start to finish with a special brunch and Q&A!

In this class we'll cover pastry dough and create a few pies/tarts including a salted caramel apple tart, pumpkin meringue pie, and a savory quiche.

Each guest will take home a package of recipes and sample pie of each item! Brunch will be provided.
