Unbleached Cakes, January 25th

Unbleached is an intimate workshop for home bakers. I created this simplified, crash course to demonstrate how you can bake some of my favorites recipes from start to finish with a special brunch and Q&A!

In this class, we will learn a how to build your own cake recipe from scratch with the most delicious, silky buttercream! We'll go over 3 different types of cake recipes, frosting and fillings including our super easy, Swiss Meringue buttercream hack, and a melt-in-your-mouth chocolate fudge cake layered with chocolate ganache!

Each guest will take home a package of recipes, and a fully prepared, chocolate fudge cake! Come prepared for a fun day in the kitchen, all the supplies will be provided!

A light brunch will be served so please let us know if you have any allergies or special requests. kayla@theroundhousebakery.com
