Buttercream & Blooms is an intimate workshop experience to provide a real-life kitchen and one-on-one learning enviornment. Each class is limited to groups of 5-6 attendants 18 and up.

In this workshop we will uncover how we developed our favorite filling and buttercream recipes, and teach you how to properly fill and ice a cake with all the right tools and techniques. We will also learn how to add the perfect drip with an edible confetti of fresh edible blooms, meringues and macarons and sprinkles. Each guest will take home their own 6” Tall, vanilla bean confetti cake and buttercream recipes to try at home!

Aprons, tools and light refreshments will be provided!

Complimentary gift certificates are availble for this class, please include notes in the comments with a shipping address if you would like us to mail a printed certificate for Mothers Day.

Buttercream + Blooms will be located at our studio south of Stillwater, Ok. Due to the limmited space, there is only one seat availble per ticket. All students must be over 18, students 13-17 must be accomponied by an adult as an additional ticket.

Terms: Our private kitchen facility does not have handicapped access at this time, so all attendants will need to sign our insurance disclaimer upon arrival. Cancellations are non-refundable but may be exchanged for shop credit. Please let us know at least 48 hours of notice so someone else can take your spot.
