BUTTERCREAM + BLOOMS

September 28th + 29th Buttercream + Blooms is a mini workshop limited to 6 students per class. Each workshop will uncover the secrets of our favorite buttercream recipes and frosting techniques. We will also learn how to add the perfect drip with an ediblle confetti of fresh blooms, meringues and macarons. Each guest will take home a from-scratch vanilla bean cake with a salted caramel, or raspberry garnish. Both classes are exactly the same with two different dates to choose from. (No need to take both) Aprons, tools and light refreshments will be provided!
